Our Team

Our lovely team have been hand picked to ensure that your child’s early education is filled with fun and happy memories. We pride ourselves on being a highly qualified and motivated team, with all of our staff holding childcare qualifications, many of these being of a Degree level.

Your child’s safety is of paramount importance to us therefore all staff hold a DBS Check, Paediatric First Aid certificate and Safeguarding Training. Training is undertaken regularly with many staff holding additional specialist training such as Special Educational Needs, we even have a Time to Talk Champion within the team!

All children are assigned a special person on arrival within the nursery, this is called your child’s key worker. The role of the key person is to ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. You will meet your key worker at settling in visits these are an excellent opportunity for you to meet the team and form strong and secure friendships with the people that will be caring for your child.
